What are your MOQs?
Stock wholesale orders can mix different SKUs when the combined order value reaches USD 500. RainSo recommends around 2+ units per style for a practical product test, but this is not a strict per-style MOQ. Stock, colour and size remain subject to availability. Light customization of a suitable existing design usually starts at around 50–100 pieces per style, depending on the product and process. Customer-original development starts from 100 pieces per style and requires a mould/tooling fee quoted per design. Final MOQ is confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request samples first?
Sample availability and charges depend on the selected product, stock, customization, testing and destination. The applicable sample fee and any credit toward a later bulk order will be confirmed in the quotation.
How does OEM/ODM development move forward?
RainSo provides the initial CAD proposal within 48 hours after a complete and feasible project brief is confirmed. Sample production timing and subsequent revisions are confirmed separately. Standard custom samples are generally planned within 30–45 days after the CAD direction, material, tooling and sample requirements are confirmed. Complex structures, special components or additional revision rounds may require more time. The final sample schedule is confirmed for each project. Confirmed in-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days after stock availability, order details and payment are confirmed. Carrier transit time is separate from this dispatch window.
What are the production lead times?
In-stock dispatch timing and custom production timing are confirmed against the selected SKUs, quantity, packing and order terms. The quotation is the authoritative schedule.
What payment methods and terms apply?
Available payment methods and deposit or balance terms are confirmed in the quotation and order documents. They are not fixed for every product, destination or order size.
What after-sales terms apply?
The applicable inspection, warranty and after-sales terms are stated in the order documents. Clear photos or video of any issue help the team assess it against the approved sample and order terms.
