Magnetic Jewelry Manufacturing Process: How Magnetic Jewelry Is Made

RainSo’s magnetic jewelry manufacturing process for bracelets follows this general flow: steel IQC, blank stamping, deburring, drilling, grinding, cleaning, vacuum plating or PVD, clasp installation, magnet installation with glue dispensing, and packaging. Steel IQC checks the incoming material. From drilling onward, QC is included at each production stage through packaging.

Magnetic jewelry manufacturing process from steel IQC to final packing
The general bracelet flow runs from steel IQC through stamping, drilling, finishing, assembly, magnet installation, and packing.

This magnetic jewelry manufacturing process starts with steel IQC as the incoming material check. QC checks are then performed from drilling onward: drilling, grinding, cleaning, PVD, clasp installation, magnet and glue placement, and packaging.

316L, Copper, Titanium, and Ceramic Magnetic Bracelets

316L stainless steel, copper, titanium, and ceramic magnetic bracelets use basically the same general production flow. Material grade, thickness, finish, and component design can change machine settings and inspection points, but the main step order remains the same.

1. Steel IQC

Incoming steel is checked before production begins. This is the material control point for grade, condition, and other requirements stated for the order.

2. Blank Stamping

The blank is stamped into the basic bracelet shape. This step prepares the part for deburring and drilling.

3. Deburring

Burrs and sharp edges from stamping are removed before drilling and later finishing.

4. Drilling

Holes are drilled for the required structure and components. QC begins at this stage and continues through every following production step.

5. Grinding

Grinding refines the surface and shape before cleaning and plating.

6. Cleaning

The parts are cleaned before PVD and assembly so the surface is ready for the next process.

7. Vacuum Plating / PVD

Vacuum plating, also called PVD, is applied before clasp installation and magnet installation. This step comes before assembly in the general flow.

8. Clasp Installation

The clasp is installed after plating. Clasp fit and function are checked as part of this stage.

9. Magnet Installation and Glue Dispensing

The magnet is installed after the clasp and secured with glue dispensing. Magnet position, retention, and the surrounding structure are checked at this stage.

10. Packaging

Packing follows the order scope. Stock wholesale, private-label, and neutral formats may be used, and final checks are completed before shipment.

QC in the General Flow

The magnetic jewelry manufacturing process includes QC from drilling onward. The separate RainSo quality-control article explains the seven quality checkpoints in more detail. That QC article is a separate framework; it does not change the production order above.

What Buyers Should Confirm

  • Steel grade and incoming material requirements
  • Blank dimensions and drilling positions
  • PVD or other finish requirements
  • Clasp type and function
  • Magnet position, retention, and glue-dispensing requirements
  • Packing format: stock wholesale, private-label, or neutral

These points should be stated before production so the magnetic jewelry manufacturing process and inspection reference match the selected bracelet.

Manufacturer Background and Quote Request

RainSo was established in 2007 and has a Guangzhou commercial team with production resources in Dongguan, China. Its published company profile also describes an in-house magnetic jewelry manufacturer and B2B supplier with about 20 years of industry experience. ISO 9001 Certified is part of that published wording; the standard is published by ISO.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the magnetic jewelry manufacturing process?

The general bracelet flow is steel IQC, blank stamping, deburring, drilling, grinding, cleaning, PVD, clasp installation, magnet installation with glue dispensing, and packaging.

How is magnet placement controlled in B2B magnetic jewelry orders?

The magnet is installed after the clasp. Position, retention, and glue dispensing are checked against the confirmed order requirements.

Does RainSo use the same surface finishing for every magnetic jewelry order?

No. The finish is selected for the style and checked before assembly and packing. Reference samples or written finish requirements are used where needed.

How is packing handled for wholesale or private-label magnetic jewelry?

Packing follows the order scope. Stock, branded, and neutral formats may be used, and the final packing check is completed before shipment.
